Our postage system is easy to understand. Postage is added at the checkout stage depending on how many items you have and respective weights. You are then able to choose your preferred method of postage. Delivery of items to UK is 100% free if you opt for standard 1st class post. Please bear in mind that OKSmokey.com Ltd will not be held responsible for none-delivery or theft of any items sent by standard UK or Airmail and we will not re-send your order or reimburse you. We will send a copy of proof of postage but will not get involved with any claims. We strongly recommend that you select Recorded, signed for or courier service where available to safeguard your purchase.
European delivery can be chosen by selecting Standard Europe Air Mail, International Signed for or Courier Service, where applicable. Delivery outside Europe can be chosen by selecting Rest Of World Air Mail or the International Signed for option.
We reserve the right to choose the method of postage. Alternative equivalents may be chosen regardless of the method decided at the checkout area.
Postage is calculated based on units which incorporate weight and built in packaging costs to ensure your item arrives safely!
Please note that Royal Mail do not consider a shipment to be lost until 15 working days have passed, regardless of the service selected.
